I was witness to sex trafficking and police did nothing. Pimp was right next door to me, with others helping him in the building, including the building manager.
I'm sorry but calling a hotline does nothing--they have no access to police. I called human trafficking hotline and it didn't do a damn thing. SF police and Oakland police don't care. SFDPA saw the video of police harassing me as I reported the crime and did nothing.
All you can do is tell your children not to trust people they meet online or through a "friend of a friend". Always ask your kids who they're with and why.
